She will walk with you throughout your house giving you ideas to make it look better to sell faster. Next, Jan will send you the entire “to do” list of detailed staging suggestions for your rooms. This list will help you to know what steps to take to stage your house yourself. Or if you prefer, Jan will come back with her team and do all of the staging work for you. She will also provide a before and after disk of pictures of your home to show you how your house has been transformed. One of the cost cutting programs Jan has is she is willing to work side by side with you as we stage the house together. All staging consultations are confidential.
